According to the APS National Schedule of Suggested Fees 2024-2025, the standard hourly consultation fee is $311. At Inner Solace, we strive to make our services accessible and affordable. Here’s a breakdown of our fees:
Our Rates: We offer individual sessions at $200 per 50-minute session, which is significantly below the recommended rate.
NDIS Participants: If you are an NDIS participant, the applicable rate is $222.99 per session.
We believe in providing high-quality care at a reasonable cost to support your journey towards healing and growth. At this time we are unable to offer bulk billing for services.

In Australia, you may be eligible for Medicare rebates under the Better Access Initiative. Here’s how it works:
Eligibility: You can receive up to 10 subsidised sessions per year with a registered psychologist. To determine your eligibility, speak with your GP about obtaining a Mental Health Care Plan.
Rebate Amount: The current Medicare rebate for a general psychologist is $93.35 per session.
We encourage you to discuss your specific needs with your GP to see if you qualify for these benefits, making your mental health care more affordable.

We kindly ask that you give at least 2 business days’ notice via email or phone If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Please see the cancellation fees that apply below:
Within 48 hours: Cancellations between 48 hours and 24 hours prior to your appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee (notice period excludes weekends & public holidays).
Within 24 Hours: Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will incur the full session fee (notice period excludes weekends & public holidays).
Non-Attendance: If you do not attend an appointment, the full session fee will be charged.
You may be offered a telehealth consultation if unable to attend your session in person.

At Inner Solace, your privacy is important to us. Information you share with us is kept strictly confidential, protected by ethical standards and legal requirements. We will only disclose information with your consent or if required by law, such as in situations where there is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, or when sharing information with other healthcare providers. If we need to break confidentiality, we will make every effort to do so with you, the client. We will discuss the limits of confidentiality in more detail during our initial session to ensure your understanding and informed consent.
If you have any concerns or complaints about confidentiality, please let us know so we can address them promptly.

When accessing telehealth services at Inner Solace, please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space for your appointment. While we strive to provide seamless telehealth consultations, please be aware that technical issues such as poor connection may occasionally occur. Clients are responsible for their network connection and environment during the session.
